| Council Consideration of a Revised Memorandum of Understanding Between Campbell County, the Campbell County Sheriff's Office and Gillette Police Department for Cam-Plex. |
| BACKGROUND: |
At the September 16, 2013 meeting, the Council approved the MOU about the role of the Sheriff and the Police Department in the delivery of law enforcement services in Cam-Plex if it is annexed into the city limits. Since that time, the County has suggested some minor revisions to the agreement to reference the Joint Powers Agreement for Cam-Plex, that was recently approved. The revisions are minor, and have been approved by the Sheriff, who submitted the previous MOU.
