SUBJECT: |
Council Consideration of a Restaurant Liquor License for McWilliams Smith, Inc., d.b.a. CJ Roosters, Located at 1414 West 2nd Street. |
BACKGROUND: |
Debbie McWilliams, owner of CJ Roosters, is requesting a restaurant liquor license for her new restaurant. This restaurant is located in the old Granny's Kitchen building. Granny's Kitchen is no longer in business and will not be renewing their liquor license.
McWilliams' application was received in enough time to allow for four (4) consecutive weeks of advertising, a public hearing for the approval of the new liquor license, and still be listed on the required public hearing notice for the upcoming renewal hearing on February 18, 2014.
The public hearing was advertised for four (4) consecutive weeks beginning December 6th and ending on December 27th. The State of Wyoming Liquor Division has accepted the application and supporting documents. No protests have been received in the Clerk's Office. |
SUGGESTED MOTION: |
I move for the approval of a Restaurant Liquor License for McWilliams Smith, Inc., d.b.a. CJ Roosters, located at 1414 West 2nd Street.
