Council Consideration for the Approval of the County Final Plat for the Resubdivision of Lots 17 and 18, Block 1, of Winland Industrial Park, Subject to all Planning Requirements.
BACKGROUND:

The property owners are proposing a City/County Final Plat to remove a lot line between two (2) platted lots in the Winland Industrial Park. The property is located within one (1) mile of the existing City limits which requires a Joint City/County subdivision review process.

The existing lots are zoned I-1, Light Industrial District in Campbell County. The applicants are re-subdividing Lots 17 & 18, Block 1, Winland Industrial Park into one (1) .95 acre lot, to be known as Lot 17A. This change is taking place because the buildings contained on each lot were connected with an addition that was built across the property line between the two (2) existing structures and lots. The re-subdivision corrects the issue of a structure spanning two (2) lots/crossing a property line.

The area, which includes the two (2) lots, is served by private water and sewer systems. The City supplies water to the private master metered system, and collects and treats sewer from the private system, but does not own either internal system.
