The City of Gillette, Campbell County, Youth Emergency Services, Inc., and Youth Emergency Services Foundation, Inc. have agreed to partner in the construction of the YES House Girls Residential Treatment Facility on the YES House Campus in Gillette. The City of Gillette has agreed to provide $1,463,800, Campbell County has agreed to provide $1,000,000, and the YES House has matched $1,000,000 in funds to provide a total project budget of $3,463,800.
The Girls Residential Treatment Facility will be approximately 10,800 SF and be of similar construction to the existing Boys Residential Treatment Facility located on the YES House Campus. The project will be delivered using the Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) delivery method.
Noel Griffith Jr. and Associates Architects performed design services for the previous three (3) buildings on the YES House Campus. The proposal from Noel Griffith Jr. and Associates Architects for the Girls Residential Treatment Facility, in the amount of $237,300, includes design services (architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, geotechnical), surveying services, landscape architecture services, bidding services, and construction inspection/management services.
