BACKGROUND: |
This project installed public water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements to support the residential development of the Legacy Ridge Subdivision, Phase II, near the intersection of Tanner Drive and Shoshone Avenue. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements 2,282 LF of 8" PVC Water Main and Appurtenances
Sanitary Sewer System Improvements 2,025 LF of 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer Main and Appurtenances
Storm Sewer Improvements 729 LF of 42" RCP Storm Sewer Pipe and Appurtenances 97 LF of 36" RCP Storm Sewer Pipe and Appurtenances 63 LF of 30" RCP Storm Sewer Pipe and Appurtenances 82 LF of 18" RCP Storm Sewer Pipe and Appurtenances 559 LF of 4" PVC Underdrain Storm Sewer Pipe and Appurtenances
Street Improvements 11,696 SY of 4" Asphalt Paving Over 10" Aggregate Base Course 5,394 LF of Curb and Gutter 545 SF of Sidewalk Along Shoshone Avenue
