| A Notice has been published to set a hearing for public comments, which is a condition for the submittal of a Community Enhancement Grant Application to the Business Ready Community Grant and Loan Program. The Notice was published in the Gillette News Record on February 10. A copy of the Notice is attached. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |

At the conclusion of the hearing, a motion should be made to approve the Resolution to submit the grant application.
