The Dalbey Little League Pathway Project consisted of the removal of 650 LF of asphalt pathway with 650 LF of 10' wide concrete pathway in and around the Little League fields and parking lot on the west side of the complex. The project also included adding concrete pads for the dumpsters and the portable toilets.

The contract established 30 working days to Substantial Completion and 35 working days for Final Completion. The Notice to Proceed was issued on August 16, 2013. With adverse weather days the project was to be finished on October 7, 2013. The date was not met and Powder River Construction, Inc. was assessed damages for Substantial Completion in the amount of $10,000.00.

The original contract with Powder River Construction, Inc.  was in the amount of $76,974.25. There were two (2) change orders for a net decrease of $5,044.25 resulting in a final contract of $71,930.00.

Change Order #1 was for adverse weather days and Change Order #2 was for quantity adjustments to zero out the contract.

Funding for this project was allocated from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Account 201-10-05-419-70-47406.

I move for Approval of the Acceptance of Public Improvements for the Dalbey Little League Pathway Project, Installed by Powder River Construction, Inc., in the Amount of $71,930.00.
