Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Public Improvements for Westover Road Zone 2 Water Transmission Replacement Project, Installed by DRM, Inc., in the Amount of $1,969,514.14. |
BACKGROUND: |
This contract consisted of replacement of 4900 LF of 12" PVC water main with 16" PVC water main along Westover Road from Highway 50 west to Westhills Loop. It also replaced 2000 LF of 12" PVC water main with 16" PVC water main from Westhills Loop north to Pump Station #2 located at Echeta Road and Foothills Boulevard.

ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
There were two (2) change orders associated with this project that decreased the contract by $185,466.99 from the original contract amount of $2,154,981.13.
