This contract will consist of project oversight and inspection services for the 2013 Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement Project.  The 2013 Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement Project consists of installing 4900 LF of new 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer main in the alley between Rockpile and Richards from 4th Street to 8th Street, main in Richards from 9th Street to 11th Street, main in the alley between Warren and Ross from 4th Street to 7th Street, main in the alley between 11th Street and 12th Street from Ross to Dalbey, main in Rohan from 9th Street to 10th Street, and main in the alley between Osborne and Brooks Avenue from 4th Street to 6th Street.  Included also is rehabilitating the existing pavement and repair of failed concrete curb and gutter, driveways and valley gutters in the areas of the Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement.

The cost for this construction management professional service contract is $194,399.00 which is 10.4% of the construction cost of $1,868,539.04.  The contract will be funded from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Fund 201-10-05-419-70-47420 which has $2,300,000.00 budgeted for this project.  Also included with this funding is a SLIB Funding Grant of $500,000.00 maximum.
