| Council Consideration of a Bar & Grill Liquor License for Screamin' Hot Wyoming, LLC, d.b.a. Buffalo Wild Wings, Located at 2610 South Douglas Hwy, Suite 300, and to Include a 55'8" X 8'7" Extended Serving Area Located on the South Side of the Building, and Approving an Operational Date to Begin on April 1, 2014. |
| BACKGROUND: |
Doug Davis, Screamin' Hot Wyoming, LLC, is requesting a Bar & Grill Liquor License for the new Buffalo Wild Wings that will be located at 2610 S. Douglas Hwy, Ste. 300.
The consideration for approval is three-fold:
1) the approval of the liquor license.
2) to allow for an extended serving area, and;
3) for the license's operational date to begin on April 1, 2014. (The time frame for renewing a liquor license has passed, so the license cannot become operational until April 1st.)
All corrections have been made and the Wyoming Liquor Division has accepted the application as complete. The public hearing has been advertised four consecutive weeks beginning February 21 and ending March 14, 2014. There have been no protests received in regard to this request of a bar & grill liquor license. |

| I move for the approval of a Bar & Grill Liquor License to Screamin' Hot Wyoming, LLC, d.b.a. Buffalo Wild Wings, Located at 2610 South Douglas Hwy, Suite 300, to Include a 55'8" X 8'7" Extended Serving Area Located on the South Side of the Building, and Approving an Operational Date to Begin on April 1, 2014. |
