A Public Hearing for the Consideration of a Restaurant Liquor License Requested by Rodell, LLC, d.b.a. Las Margarita's, Located at 2107 South Douglas Hwy, and Approving an Operational Date Beginning on April 1, 2014.
BACKGROUND:
The current owners of MGP, Inc., d.b.a., Las Margarita's, did not renew their restaurant liquor license for the upcoming licensing period beginning April 1, 2014. Beginning April 1st, the business will have new owners, Rodell, LLC. The new owners are keeping the d.b.a. name of Las Margarita's in tact.

The time frame for renewing a liquor license has passed, so the license cannot become operational until April 1st.

The public hearing has been advertised four consecutive weeks beginning on February 21 and ending on March 14, 2014. The Wyoming Liquor Division has accepted the application. No protests have been received.
