| Council Consideration of a Parade Permit Requested by Campbell County Parks & Recreation to be held on July 4, 2014, Beginning on the Corner of Second Street and 4-J Road, East to Osborne Avenue. |
| BACKGROUND: |

Campbell County Parks & Recreation is requesting a parade permit for the 4th of July Parade for the purpose of acknowledging our independence and celebrate the freedom and lifestyle we enjoy in Gillette.
The staging area will be located on First Street to 4-J Road. The parade will begin on the corner of 4-J Road and Second Street, east to Osborne Avenue where the parade will then turn north to First Street and travel west back to the staging area.

I move for the approval of a Parade Permit for the Campbell County Parks & Recreation to be held on July 4, 2014, Beginning on the Corner of Second Street and 4-J Road, East to Osborne Avenue.
