| BACKGROUND: |
|
The Powder River Shrine Club of Gillette is requesting a permit to conduct a circus at the Wyoming Center (Cam-Plex), for April 16th.
A Certificate of Liability Insurance is on file as well as a contract from the Cam-Plex authorizing the circus to conduct their show at the Wyoming Center.
