| Council Consideration of a Permanent Water Line and General Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easements for the Gillette Regional Water Supply Project - Phase I District Extensions with Shawn and Sonya Dorr c/o First American Title Company in the Amount of $12,000.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| Attached is a copy of the easement documents with Shawn and Sonya Dorr. These easements are necessary to construct the Phase I District Extensions Project in the Force Road Area. Easements in excess of $5,000.00 for this project are being considered individually by the Council on the Consent Agenda. Easements less than $5,000.00 are considered by the Council on the Claims List. Staff recommends approval of this easement payment.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| Payment for this easement is eligible for reimbursement from the Wyoming Water Development Commission through our 67% grant we have with them for the Gillette Regional Water Supply - Phase I District Extensions Project. The other 33% will come from the District Extension portion of the Capital Facilities Tax revenue.
