Bid Schedule 1 is the small diameter pipelines to be installed at Pine Ridge for the new distribution system that will provide water service to existing customers.
Bid Schedule 2 is the water service connections and associated small diameter bores for the new Pine Ridge distribution system. This work also includes removing the service line connections from the existing 30-inch pipeline in the Pine Ridge area.
Bid Schedule 3 is the 42-inch pipeline section from Moorcroft to Wyodak and the separate 42-inch pipeline section from the Pine Ridge Tanks to the bottom of the hill (towards Moorcroft) where the tree line starts.
Add Alternate 1 is a large diameter bore and 42-inch pipeline beneath I-90 at the D Road underpass.
City Staff recommends a Bid Award to S.J. Louis Construction Inc. for the Base Bid at this time.
Upon execution of the necessary easements and permits for the I-90 bore at the "D" Road overpass, City Staff will likely recommend approval to proceed with Add Alternate 1 as a separate action item during a future Council meeting.
