| Council Consideration of a Resolution to Express the Commitment of the City of Gillette to Pay the Local Match, any Project Cost Overruns and the Operation and Maintenance Expenses for the Downtown Convertible Street-Public Plaza Project. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| At the time that the grant application for the $500,000 Downtown Convertible Street-Public Plaza Project was approved and submitted to the Wyoming Business Council, there were questions about the local match. The Wyoming Business Council would like the City to pass an additional Resolution committing to the payment of the 50% local match, as well as to acknowledge that the City is responsible for the O&M that will be associated with this project and that the City will be responsible for any cost overruns that may occur during the construction of the project. |

| I move for the Approval of a Resolution to Express the Commitment of the City of Gillette to Pay the Local Match, any Project Cost Overruns and the Operation and Maintenance Expenses for the Downtown Convertible Street-Public Plaza Project. |
