Council Consideration for the Approval of the County Final Plat for Lot 10A, Block 1, Mohan Subdivision, a Resubdivision of Lots 10 & 11, Block 1, Mohan Subdivision, Subject to all Planning Requirements. |
BACKGROUND: |
The property owner is proposing a County Final Plat to combine two (2) lots into one (1) lot for development purposes. The 5.25 acre property is located at the intersection of Mohan Road and Swanson Road and is zoned I-2, Heavy Industrial District, in Campbell County. The property is within one (1) mile of the existing City limits which necessitates a Joint City/County subdivision review process.
The landowner has requested City water and sanitary sewer services. The property owner may need to coordinate with the South Douglas Highway Water and Sewer District for sanitary sewer service pending the final service location. The property was included in the Robertson Water and Sanitary Sewer project that was approved by City Council on February 17, 2009. Due to being included in the Robertson project, the City will provide the requested services. City staff is finalizing an Annexation Agreement allowing one (1) water tap and one (1) sewer tap for the proposed lot. |
