Council Consideration of a Carnival Permit Requested by Post 42 American Legion Baseball for June 9-16, 2014, Located at the Campbell County Aquatic Center. 
BACKGROUND:
Post 42 American Legion Baseball as the sponsoring agency for Northstar Amusements, is requesting a carnival permit for June 9 - 16, 2014. The carnival will be located at the Aquatic Center.

The sponsoring agency has provided an application, approved by the Campbell County School District, which will allow the carnival to conduct their activities on the dates requested. The sponsoring agency has also provided Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.
