| BACKGROUND: |

Sam Barkey is requesting catering permits for June 27-29 to conduct a Beer Garden at the Donkey Creek Festival that is located at the Gillette College. This event will include outdoor music, art booths and other activities. Wrist bands will be used to identify those who are of a legal age to consume alcohol. There will be fencing surrounding a tent where the dispensing of alcohol/malt beverages will occur. The Fire Marshall has been contacted in regard to the beer tent.
