| Council Consideration of a Catering Permit Requested by Mingles Lounge on July 12th and August 16th, from 8:00 p.m. to Midnight, for Their Annual Summertime Bash Events, that will Include Outdoor Music. |
| BACKGROUND: |

Bruce Kelley, Mingles Lounge, is requesting catering permits for his two Summertime Bash events. The first will be on July 12 and the second on August 16. Both events will begin at 8:00 p.m. and the music end at midnight. Both events will include music and a volleyball tournament.
Security will be provided by Mingles' staff and wrist bands will be used to identify those who are 21 and over. A cattle fence will be erected to enclose the area that will be used for dispensing and consuming.
The police department has reviewed and approved the request.
