| Council Consideration of a Catering Permit Requested by Mingles Lounge on July 26th, from 8:00 p.m. to Midnight, for a Campbell County High School Alumni Event, that will Include Outdoor Music. |
| BACKGROUND: |

Bruce Kelley, Mingles Lounge is requesting a catering permit for a Campbell County Alumni Event. The event will be held on July 26th from 8:00 p.m. to midnight.
Security will be provided by Mingles' staff and wrist bands will be used to identify those who are 21 and over. A cattle fence will be erected to enclose the are that will be used for dispensing and consuming alcoholic/malt beverages.
The police department has reviewed and approved the request.
