Council Consideration of a Catering Permit Requested by 311 Restaurant & Lounge on July 11th from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for a "Class of 1994 Reunion" Located in an Area Behind 311 Restaurant & Lounge that will Include Outdoor Music.
BACKGROUND:
Lance Byrd, Manager for 311 Restaurant & Lounge, is requesting a catering permit for July 11th from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The location is behind 311 Restaurant & Lounge where there is an area between two buildings that will be fenced off from the alley and used for this event. The applicant has stated that the alley will not be obstructed during the event.

The fire department has been notified, however, has stated that the "outdoor venue would not need a Special Assembly Permit from the CCFD."
