Raymond Cates is requesting a street closure on Richards Avenue between First and Second Streets for their annual Block Party on July 4th from noon to 10:00 p.m. This event does NOT include alcohol. All residents on the block have been notified and have signed the Notification of Street Closure form.
The police department and streets department have reviewed the request and both departments have signed the form.
