SUBJECT:
Council Consideration of Amendment #3 for the Project Agreement with the State of Wyoming Water Development Commission for the Gillette Madison Pipeline Joint Bonding Project to Extend the Project Completion Date to July 1, 2015.
BACKGROUND:
The attached Amendment is necessary for the State of Wyoming Water Development Commission to continue to encumber the grant funding associated with the Gillette Madison Pipeline (Rehabilitation) Joint Bonding Project for another year to allow us enough time to complete the project.

Attached is a letter dated October 8, 2013 requesting the time extension with supporting information.

Staff recommends approval of this Amendment.
ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET:
The proposed action does not affect the project budget.  The proposed action extends the time frame by an additional year in which we can use the WWDC grant funds.
