| Council Consideration of Amendment #2 for the Project Agreement with the State of Wyoming Water Development Commission for the Gillette Regional Extensions Project - Phase I District Extensions to Increase the Grant Funding Amount to $6,432,000.00, or 67% of the Actual Development Costs, Whichever is Less. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| Please see attached letter requesting additional WWDC grant funding in the amount of $200,000.00 to add a wholesale master meter connection to serve the Force Road JPB which includes the Rocky Point Subdivision and the Sundog Subdivision. The proposed regional connection for the Force Road JPB is immediately adjacent to the pipeline facilities that we are installing for the Phase I Improvements.
City Staff recommends approval of this grant funding amendment. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The grant funding for this project will increase to $6,432,000.00, or 67% of the total project cost of $9.6M. The revised project budget is reflected in the City's FY 2014-15 Budget.
