| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for the A/E Design Fees for the City West Remodel to CTA Architects Engineers, in the Amount of $262,121.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project consists of the A/E design for the potential remodel of the City West facility. This project is a continuation of the effort to ensure there is adequate space for serving Gillette's citizens, into the future, as the population grows. This design and potential remodel includes taking over two existing bays on the south side of the City West building as the vehicles and equipment that were located there have been placed in the Heated Vehicle Storage facility. This remodel should ensure adequate space for Utilities, Public Works, and other necessary offices to serve a significantly larger population. In addition, this design includes a complete overhaul and design of the current HVAC system.

Actual design costs for the City West Remodel project is $252,121.00. Approved budget amount is $262,121.00.
