General Manager Lance Byrd is requesting to extend the serving area for alcohol to include the patio area located on the south side of the building. The area will be fenced to separate the patio from the alley. The patio area will provide seating for an additional 35-50 patrons.

As a side note, 311 Restaurant & Lounge is expanding their interior dining area to include an additional 1374 sq ft of seating area. This area will accommodate seating for 70 patrons and also provide seating for an additional 25 patrons in the private dining area.  As per W.S. 12-5-201(a), since the additional interior dining area  is immediately adjacent to the current licensed room, there is no need for approval from the Licensing Authority.

I Move for the Approval of a Request from 311 Restaurant & Lounge to Extend Their Serving Area to Include a 60' X 24' Patio Area Located on the South Side of the Building.
