We have prepared a lease with the Attorney for the Fire Board for the Fire Station No. 3 that is located at the Fishing Lake. This property is owned by the City and has housed that fire station for many years. When the City was first approached about that site it was discovered that conditions within the deed that the City had for the land did not permit any sales of the land. As a result the City gave its permission but that was never formalized by a lease or anything else. This lease will ensure that the understanding is memorialized and clear to all.
