Council Consideration for the Approval of D. A. Davidson and Edward D. Jones for Inclusion in the Selling Group with RBC Capital Markets for the  Sale of the 2014 A and B Lease Revenue Bonds by the Consolidated Wyoming Municipalities Electric Power System Joint Powers Board.
BACKGROUND:
RBC Capital Markets is the underwriter for the sale of the 2014 A and B Lease Revenue bonds by the Consolidated Wyoming Municipalities Electric Power System Joint Powers Board to finance the purchase of the CT-II combustion turbine from Black Hills. They have agreed to participate with D. A. Davidson and Edward D. Jones to market the bonds to Campbell County residents within Campbell County.
