BACKGROUND: |
This project consisted of replacing an existing failed single-ply membrane roof on the WWTF UV Disinfection Building. The roof was replaced with a Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Roof system.

ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
There were two (2) change orders associated with this project that decreased the contract by $2,000.00 from the original contract amount of $52,820.00.
