This contract will consist of design and bidding services to complete the 2014 Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement Project.  The areas that have been identified and prioritized for the sanitary sewer main replacements are as follows:

1.  Main in Green Street from 5th Street to 9th Street.
2.  Main in the alley between Highway 59 and Miller from 5th Street to 7th Street.
3.  Main in the alley between Brooks Avenue and Miller from 6th Street to 7th Street.
4.  Main in the alley between 5th Street and 6th Street from Green Avenue to Gurley Avenue.
5.  Main in the alley between 6th Street and 7th Street from Highway 59 to Green Avenue.
6.  Main in the alley between 7th Street to 8th Street from Highway 59 to Gurley Avenue.
7.  Main in the alley between 8th Street and 9th Street from Highway 59 to Gurley Avenue.
8.  Main in 12th Street from Highway 59 to Gurley Avenue.
9.  Water Main in 12th Street from Highway 59 to Gurley Avenue.
10.  Main in Overland Trail Cul-de-sac to Monte Vista.

The cost for this Design and Bidding Professional Service Contract is $250,694.00 which is 6.1% of the estimated construction cost of $4,103,000.00 for the 2014 Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement Project.  The contract will be funded from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Fund Account #201-10-05-419-70-47420 which has $5,500,000.00 budgeted for this project.
