| Council Consideration of a Restaurant Liquor License Requested by IBLA, LLC, d.b.a. I Siciliani Italian Restaurant Located at 2700 S. Douglas Hwy. |
| BACKGROUND: |
Owner Luis A. Robles is requesting a Restaurant Liquor License for his new Italian Restaurant located at 2700 S. Douglas Hwy. This business will be housed where Golden Corral used to be. Mr. Robles has remodeled the interior of the building to better suit his new Italian Restaurant.
Mr. Robles traveled to Italy to train under Italian Chefs to learn the culture and Italian food preparation. His intentions are to bring chefs and waiters to the United States to work here with him for approximately one year in order to get his business up and running. The Italian Restaurant will also have a bakery located within.
State Statute has recently changed and now, only two (2) weeks of advertising is necessary to notify of a public hearing for new/transfer/renewal of liquor licenses. Therefore, the public hearing has been advertised for two (2) consecutive weeks and no protests have been received.
The Wyoming Liquor Division has reviewed and accepted the application and supporting documents needed to complete the application process. |
