The Gillette Police Department would like to recognize two (2) Police Officers who saved the life of an adult male. 

On 07/14/2014 Officer Traverse and Officer Parker responded to an emergency call where an adult male was not breathing.  Officer Parker and Officer Traverse placed the male on the ground and started CPR.  CPR was continued where they utilized an AED which delivered one (1) shock.  The male began to breathe on his own and was transported to the Campbell County Hospital where he survived.
