| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the Water Tank Rehabilitation (Z1-R4 Southern Drive Tank) with Morrison-Maierle, in the Amount of $57,841.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This contract will consist of design and bidding services to rehabilitate the tank coating system on the Z1-R4 (Southern Drive) Tank. During the last tank inspection it was discovered that the Z1-R4 (Southern Drive) Tank had may failures of the tank coating system on the exterior of the tank which will require re-coating of the Tank. Services shall include preliminary coating design, final coating design, and bidding services for the project.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
The cost for this Design and Bidding Professional Service Agreement is $57,841.00 which is 8.5% of the estimated construction cost of $683,000 for the Water Tank Rehabilitation (Z1-R4 Southern Drive Tank) project. The contract will be funded from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Fund account 201-10-05-419-70-47413 which has a budgeted amount of $800,000.
