| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Public Improvements for WWTF Clarifier Painting Project, Painted by BSP of Wyoming, LLC, in the Amount of $215,689.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This Optional 1% Tax Funded project consisted of painting two 75-foot diameter primary clarifiers at the Waste Water Treatment Facility (WWTF). This work included the removal of the existing paint and re-coating the interior steel and concrete surfaces of the clarifiers including all exposed parts, motor, walkway, and all other appurtenances.

There was one (1) change order associated with this project that decreased the contract by $12,511.00 from the original contract amount of $228,200.00.
