| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the Boxelder Road Extension Phase III Project, with DOWL HKM, in the Amount of $59,950.00 (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This will be the Third Phase of the Boxelder Extension Project, which includes the portion of Boxelder Road between Burma Avenue and Skyline Drive (Highway 50). The project includes Design of Earthwork, Waterlines, Sanitary and Storm Sewer, Signs, Striping and Street Lighting. It is anticipated Bidding will take place in late June of 2015 with a Construction Start in July or August 2015. This Phase, along with the Extension presently under Design by WYDOT (Gillette Area Urban Systems Project), will provide a continuous road from the Westover Neighborhood to the Cam-Plex.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
The Design of this project is contained within the 1% sales tax account for Roadway Extensions, Account 201-10-05-419-70-47402. Presently, $70,000 is allocated for the Design.
