| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the Westover Road Improvements Project, with PCA Engineering, Inc., in the Amount of $177,869.00 (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project is to widen Westover Road from just east of Metz Drive to Skyline Drive (Highway 50). The project includes Street Paving, Utilities and Storm Drainage, and will also review possible changes west of Skyline Drive to improve ride quality. The project will provide for a multi-lane roadway matching improvements performed under the Highway 50 and Burma Avenue Projects.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

This project is budgeted in the 1% Sale Tax Account 201-10-05-419-70-47401. Presently $2,100,000.00 is budgeted for this project.
