| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for the City of Gillette HVAC Maintenance Services to Long Mechanical Solutions of Casper, Wyoming, and Air-Tech Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $86,592.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |

The purpose of this project is to have all City-owned facilities under one annual HVAC preventive maintenance contract. This quote ensures that all facilities: City Hall, City West, Animal Control, Warehouse, and Heated Vehicle Storage, will be serviced on a regular HVAC PM schedule and staff will be dealing with one contractor.
