| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for Two (2) New 2015 F550 Extended Cab & Chassis Trucks to Greiner Motors of Casper, Wyoming, in the Amount of $91,660.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
These are replacements for Unit 102 that is a Vehicle Maintenance Rental Unit and a replacement for Unit 116 assigned to the Power Division that were approved in Budget and CIP. The remaining funds will be used to upfit Unit 102 with AVL, safety equipment, and a dump box. Unit 116 will be upfitted with a Aerial box and all equipment and will be funded from account # 504-70-74-442-70-47510 and was approved in Budget and CIP.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

The approved budget amount for the replacement units is $160,000.000 which leaves a balance of $68,340.00 that will be used to upfit the unit with AVL, safety/emergency equipment and install a dump box on Unit 102 and an Aerial Unit on Unit 116.
