| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for Three (3) New 2015 F550 Extended Cab & Chassis Trucks to Greiner Motors of Casper, Wyoming, in the Amount of $136,269.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
- These are replacement units for the Water Division Unit 129, Unit 48 and Unit 103 that were approved in Budget and CIP. The remaining funds will be used to upfit the unit with AVL, safety equipment, utility box, 3 ton crane and generator.
The Water Division also will be upgrading Unit 48 and 103 Service Trucks that were approved in Budget and CIP.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

The approved budget amount for the replacement units is $245,500.00, which leaves a balance of $109,231.00 that will be used to upfit the unit with AVL, safety/emergency equipment and install Service Bodies with 3 ton crane and a generator set.
