| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2015 4WD SUV to Thunder Basin Ford of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $38,307.45. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This vehicle will be used to replace Pool Rental Unit 137 that was approved in CIP and budget. The remaining funds will used to upfit the unit with AVL and safety equipment. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

The approved budget amount for the replacement unit is $48,500.00 which leaves a balance of $10,192.55 that will be used to upfit the unit with AVL, safety/emergency equipment.
