| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2015 AWD Ford Police Interceptor to Thunder Basin Ford of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $26,778.11. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This is a replacement unit for PD 34 that was approved in Budget and CIP. The remaining funds will be used to upfit the unit with A/V equipment, radar, radio, AVL, emergency lighting and a battery backup system. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

The approved budget amount for the replacement units is $39,900.00, which leaves a balance of $13,121.89 that will be used to upfit the unit with AVL, safety/emergency lighting, A/V equipment and radar equipment.
