| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for Six (6) New 2015 3/4 Ton 4WD Extended Cab Pickups to Greiner Motors of Casper, Wyoming, in the Amount of $166,704.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
These vehicles will be used to replace Parks Unit 5, Parks Unit 43, Parks Unit 72, Streets Unit 73, Wastewater Unit 36 and PD28 that were approved in Budget and CIP. The remaining funds will used to upfit the units with AVL, emergency lighting, and safety equipment.
The recommended bid was received from Greiner Motors out of Casper, Wyoming. The lowest local bid received was from Thunder Basin Ford of Gillette Wyoming. The difference in bid amounts is $827.54 per unit for a total of $4,965.24. The percentage difference is 2.979 percent. The Fleet Manager, Patrick Martin, is recommending that the bid be awarded to the lowest bid which is from Greiner Motors of Wyoming. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

The approved budget amount for the replacement units is $216,200.00 which leaves a balance of $49,496.00 that will be used to upfit the unit with AVL, safety/emergency equipment.
