| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New Four Wheel Drive Wheel Loader to Titan Machinery of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $159,799.34. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This vehicle will be used to replace Streets Unit 13 that was approved in the CIP and Budget. The remaining balance will be used to upfit with AVL, safety and emergency equipment. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

The approved budget amount for the replacement unit is $168,500.00, which leaves a balance of $8,700.66 that will be used to upfit the unit AVL and safety/emergency equipment.
