Wyoming Downs OTB 7, LLC, is requesting the transfer of ownership of the Retail Liquor License that is currently held by Patson, LLC. The officer of the LLC is Eric Nelson, from Las Vegas, Nevada.

The building will have one dispensing room described as a 60' X 70' room that will encompass the entire building. In addition to the dispensing room, the business will also continue use of the current drive-in area that is located on the southeast corner of the building. There will be Off Track Betting on the premises. 

All necessary paperwork has been submitted along with the application, and has been sent to the Wyoming Liquor Division. The WLD has reviewed and accepted the application and all corrections (if applicable) have been corrected prior to the public hearing.

In accordance with W.S. 12-4-104, the request has been published for two consecutive weeks; September 26th and October 3rd, and a public hearing notice was posted at the establishment. No protests have been received in regard to the transfer of ownership for the retail liquor license.
