| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Construction Management Services Associated with the WWTF Drainage Replacement Project with Morrison-Maierle in the Amount of $44,931.00 (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This contract will consist of project oversight and inspection services for the WWTF Drainage Replacement Project. The WWTF Drainage Replacement Project consists of replacement of floor drains within four (4) buildings (Screening Unit Building, Grit Unit Building, De-watering Unit Building, and Anaerobic Digester Unit Building) at the Waste Water Treatment Facility (WWTF). These floor drains are not functioning per their intended use due to corrosion issues of the drain piping under the floor slab.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
The cost for this construction management professional service contract is $44,931.00 which is 10.9% of the construction cost of $410,535.00. The contract will be funded from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Fund #201-10-05-419-70-47420 which has $500,000.00 budgeted for this project.
