| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Consultation Services Associated with the City's IRP (Integrated Resource Plan) with Leidos Engineering, LLC, not to Exceed $65,000.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This agreement will authorize Leidos Engineering to assist in the preparation of an IRP using format and methodologies acceptable to the Western Area Power Administration per contract requirements. Leidos will also update the City's wholesale analysis software to reflect current national and regional market and economic conditions (SERF modeling).

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

Expenses under this contract will be charged to the Power Fund Account 504-70-74-442-30-43230.
