The project included pavement and sanitary sewer repairs to Sioux Avenue from the Highway 59 frontage road to Choctaw Street, paving of Wigwam Boulevard north of Sioux Avenue, crack and seat of existing concrete paving and an asphalt overlay in the Fox Park Subdivision on Darrell Street, Sammye Avenue, and Milton Street.  Improvements to the intersection of Boxelder Road at Fox Park Avenue, and repairs to sanitary sewer on Milton Street.  

An extension of the sanitary sewer approximately 120 feet north on Fox Park Avenue was also constructed as an Alternative with landowner participation in the cost.  This extension was a consideration of the Cam-plex Annexation.

The project was awarded in the amount of $907,972.70. 

There were three (3) change orders to the project resulting in an addition of 4 days to the length of the project and a net deduction in the contract price of $94,493.40.  These savings came primarily from a reduction in the quantity of asphalt leveling course needed in the crack and seat with asphalt overlay component of the Fox Park Subdivision portion of the project. 

The final contract price was $813,479.30.

This project was funded through the 1% Optional Sales Tax Account 201-10-05-419-40-44331.

I move for the approval of the Acceptance of Public Improvements for the PMS 2014 Schedule A Project, Installed by Intermountain Construction and Materials, Inc., in the Amount of $813.479.30 (1% Project).
