| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project installed water system improvements to support the construction of the new CCSD Lakeview Elementary School near the intersection of North Gurley Avenue and Gabriel Drive. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
1,083 LF of 8" PVC water main and appurtenances
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
