| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the CCSD Westwood High School Site Improvements Project, Installed by Van Ewing Construction, Inc., on Behalf of the Developer, Campbell County School District #1. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project installed water and sanitary sewer system improvements to support the construction of the new CCSD Westwood High School located on Destination Drive. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
90 LF of 8" PVC water main and appurtenances
18 LF of 6" PVC water main and appurtenances
Sanitary Sewer Improvements
334 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
